Paypal covers you for 30 days for a refund or exchange of the product.
we issue return labels for some orders please contact our customer support team to see if your return qualifies for a free return shipping label. for all other returns the postage is payed by the buyer. please contact imarketexchange@yahoo.com as soon as the order is received the sooner you contact us if an item is defective the sooner we can solve it.
Refund :
Cameras and other products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item, higher restocking fees may apply for used merchandise which is excessively misused up to 50% max. Please note this is the same for any other websites when you shop online. For high value cameras and electronic products we check the shutter count , condition and serial number upon return. excessively worn, used items, customer damage may be declined and may be returned to the buyer. not all returns are subject to a restocking fee, at imarketexchange the restocking fee may be waived by a customer service representative or administrator depending on the condition of the return. all sales are treated on a case by case basis. used items cannot be resold for the original value for this reason restocking fees apply. we check all products to make sure you get the best product in our shelves.
